Then-APA Pres. Gerald Koocher as much as said so himself, when
Koocher was tasked with using his knowledge of the science of
deception to dupe the 4 non-military members of the APA's 10 member
PENS task force to legitimize Koochers Psychopathic Spooks torture of
innocent people..

Where Koocher says the ultimate goal of some US psychologists work is
'contributing to the DEATH of innocent people, who will often remain
unaware of the psychologists involvement in their death', Koocher is
stating as clear as clear can be that Koochers Psychopathic Spooks are
a nought but a bunch of psychopathic snipers who run around picking
off people whom Koochers Psychopathic Spooks "say" are guilty of some
real or IMAGINARY infraction, but, whom Koochers Psychopathic
Snipers decline to afford the opportunity to exercise their
constitution right to confront their accusers in a court of law,
presided over by a duly appointed judge, and found guilty or innocent
by a jury of their peers.

I presume that most if not all the individuals whom Koochers
Psychopathic Snipers have murdered in the 2nd degree were, in fact,
INNOCENT, because if the murdered individuals hadn't been INNOCENT
then, there would have existed no need to call upon Koochers
Psychopathic Snipers to pick them off.

I presume the only motive for calling on Koochers Psychopathic Snipers
to pick people off is to protect individuals who are GUILTY AS SIN
from the social, civil and criminal consequences of their crimes,
BY, contributing to the incarceration, debilitation, or death of
victims or witnesses, with victims or witnesses being wise to
Koochers Psychopathic Snipers involvement in their untimely death.

For example, let's take a look-see at the case where "Certain
Parties" deployed Pablo and/or other sinister individuals to pick off
the ex-spouse of a psychiatrist employed at a VA hospital, IOW, a
member of the second highest paid class of civil servants in
america, who had unceremoniously kicked their exspouse to the curb
(literally) with jackshit, after 23 years of marital bliss, so the
member of the second highest paid class of civil servants could ride
off into the sunset with their amourous psychotherapist and fellow
pathocrat employed by State University nearby.

Once one clears away all the extraordinaily tawdry but irrelevant
details, what it all boiled down to was that "certain parties"
deployed Pablo and other sinister individuals to protect the
criminally unindicted arses of a slew of civil servants who
perpetrated crimes on a mass scale to enable a member of the second
highest class of civil servants to dissolve their 23 year marraige
without having to share any of the fruits of that 23 year marriage
with their partner of 23 years, BY,
contributing to the incarceration, debilitation or death of the
exspouse, without anyone be "wise" to Koochers Psychopathic Snipers
involvement in their incarcaration, debilitation, or death.

Such a feat can ONLY be accomplished by Koochers Psychopathic Snipers
like Pablo use patsys a/k/a innocent american citizens to be A)the
putative crime victims of the putative crimes which Koochers
Psychopathic Snipers like Pablo brainwash the exspouse into
perpetrating in order to contribute to the exspouses incarceration,
OR, use patsy's a/k/a innocent americans whom Koochers Psychopathic
Snipers brainwash til they "come to believe" whatever Koochers
Psychopathic Snipers want them to believe to induce the patsy to pull
the trigger of the loader gun which Koochers Psychopathic Snipers
place in the patsy a/k/a innocent americans hand.

Which is precisely what Pablo sought to do, and, most likely would
have succeeded in doing, if I hadn't foiled the dastardly scheme by
taking action to avert the vigilante justice Pablo was calling for by
diverting the entire matter to a court of law in the State of New
Jersey where a duly appointed judge in a court of law could decide
what's what wrt what was going on and what was being done and mete out
and/or what justice IF ANY needed to be meted out.

As one of the innocent americans whom Pablo selected as the Patsy
which was to be either killed, or, the putative triggerman, YES, I
do most definitely believe Koochers Psychopathic Snipers like Pablo
are GUILTY AS SIN of murder or attempted murder same as the State of
California found Charles Manson guilty as sin even though Manson,
like Koochers psychopathic snipers, never pull the trigger
themselves.

AFAIC, deploying Koochers Psychopathic Snipers like
Pablo to protect the criminally unindicted arses of a slew of civil
servants who perpetrated crimes on a mass scale to enable a member of
the second highest paid class of civil servants to dissolve their 23
year marraige without having to share any of the fruits of the 23
year
marraige with their exspouse, BY, contributing to the incarceration,
debilitation, or the death of the exspouse, in DEPRAVED INDIFFERENCE
to the lives of the innocent americans they recklessly endanger is
prima facia evidence that our entire government is corrupt as corrupt
can be.

When Koochers Psychopathic Snipers couldn't persuade me that it had
been perfectly AOK for Koochers Psychopathic Snipers to have
recklessly endangered the lives of me and mine in Nevada by engaging
in helter skelter/deadly psychopathic zero
sum games in order to protect the criminally indicted arses of a slew
of Maine pathocrats who'd perpetrated crimes on a mass scale to enable
a member of the second highest paid class of civil servants to
dissolve their 23 year marraige without having to share any of the
fruits of that marraige with the expartner of 23 years, Koochers
Psychopathic Snipers then repeated the whole helter skelter / deadly
psychopathic zero sum game, only the second time round, yours truly
was the individual whose incarceration, debilitation or death
Koochers Psychopathic Snipers sought to contribute to, to protect
the
criminally unindicted arse of both Koochers Psychopathic Snipers and
all the criminally unindicted arses of all those pathocrats in Maine
who
perpetrated crimes on a mass scale to enable a member of the second
highest paid class of pathocrats to dissolve their 23 year marraige
without having to share any of the fruits of that 23 marraige with

ex-partner of 23 years.
