The man is looking for certainty and no certainty can give more
happiness than to believe in God. This website, already read by
thousands of people all over the world, has given to many people hope
and comfort.
Beyond what we can feel in our heart through logical deductions, being
simple and irrefutable, it will be seen that Jesus Christ is really
resurrected.

How does telling people about something for which there is no evidence
that it actually happened, give them hope and comfort.

You just described advertising, psychology, most TV news and sitcoms, and
especially standup comedy.
Shit, Sam Kineson's standup comedy gives you LOTS of hope and comfort for
getting over a broken heart! I regularly give out CDs of his comedy routines
to friends in romantic distress. Works wonders. And there's no evidence that
the stuff he talks about actually happened
Hope and comfort have nothing to do with evidence, and everything to do with
closure. |

If women are so good at multitasking how come they cannot have a
headache and sex at the same time?
In the UK the advertising standards authority are very strict about
not allowing advertising that make claims that cannot be backed up by
evidence, for example Carlsberg had to stop saying that their larger
was the best in the world.

Do we not call this delusion?
Whilst you are right, in NLP an important part of the therapy process
is called ecology which is about ensuring that results and
consequences are congruent with the wider systems.
