Announcement:
Child Information Gateway, previously known as the National
Clearinghouse on Child Abuse and Neglect, agreed to make the
Dr. Gail Goodman study "Characteristics and Sources of
Allegations of Ritualistic Child Abuse" public. The link - which
is too long to post here - is available via my web site. One can
also download the report via the Information Gateway library
web page. Just type in the name of the report and follow the directions.

This study, which purported to be the first empirical research study
to analyze and debunk cases of ritual abuse, was formerly not available
on the internet. I believe that was for a reason. I recently discovered
that Dr. Goodman went on over the years to make extreme statements
about the lack of validity of ritual abuse and what this study purportedly
"revealed" which completely gave her agenda away. I believe that
agenda was to disseminate propaganda about ritual abuse which
was not in the best interest of children.

I also discovered that a censored version of the 1991-92 Grand
Jury Report No. 8, penned by Carol Hopkins, was posted on an
old San Diego Grand Jury web page. That version deleted all of the
footnotes which unfortunately sourced the FMSF as a legitimate body
and deleted reference to the child abuse cases which Ms. Hopkins
misreported about which was discovered by the subsequent 1992-93
Grand Jury.

Both the US and State constitutions created three separate branches of
government---the executive, the legislature, and the judiciary.
Both the US and State Constitutions established the Judiciary Branch
of the US and State Governments as a separate and distinct branch of
government to protect and enforce the rights of the individual a/k/a
"the weak" from the excesses of the easily corrupted civil servants
employed by the executive and legislative branches a/k/a "the strong".
Members of the Board of Trustees/Regents of Public Universities, as
well as, members of professional state licensing boards are all
political appointments made by the easily corrupted civil servants
employed by the executive branch of local/county, state, and federal
governments.
In the United States of America, "Passing the Trash" around has been
the longstanding policy of the executive branch of all local/county,
state and federal governments across the USA.
The false pretext for the executive branch of all local/county,
state, and federal government's policy of "Passing the Trash" around
is to spare the taxpayers the expense of prosecuting the child
molesters, stalkers, embezzlers, rapists, and murderers employed
as civil servants by the executive branch of local/county, state,
and federal governments throughout the USA.
In fact, the longstanding policy of "Passing the Trash" about is a
method whichby the executive branch of govenment accrues power over
all the unindicted stalkers, child molesters, murderers,
embezzlers, drug dealers, rapists, and murderers employed as civil
servants by the executive branch of government---since failure to do
as the executive branch demands makes one subject to being singled out
for prosecution therefore ineligible for re-employment as a civil
servant.
Since "Passing the Trash" around has been the longstanding policy of
the executive branch of local/county, state, and federal government
bodies throughout the USA, the population growth of the states in the
southwest have made the states in the southwest the primary recipient
of all the Trash being passed on by all the other states.
As a result, the University of California is chock full of both home
grown trash and all the trash other states passed onto it.
Off the top of my head, I can't think of a single psychology
department in the entire University of California educations system
which isn't under the untoward influence of an unindicted criminal.
With regards to you, that psychologist employed by University of
California at Irvine is a piece of trash whom the morally bankrupt
Governor of Washington and his/her morally bankrupt attorney general
and morally bankrupt political appointees on the Board of Trustees/
Regents of the State of Washington passed onto to the University of
California at Irvine, instead of prosecuting the piece of trash for
having stalked and mployed others to stalk the subject(s) of other
researchers empirical studies.
Had the Governor of Washington, his/her attorney general and his/her
political appointees on the Board of Trustees/Regents at the
University of Washington seen to the criminal prosecution of the civil
servant who stalked and hired others to stalk the subject(s) of other
researchers empirical studies, their conviction for perpetrating
crimes involving moral turpitude would have made that piece of trash
ineligible for any employment above the far more suitable position of
janitor at the University of California.
However, the morally bankrupt Governor of Washington, his/her morally
bankrupt attorney general and his/her morally bankrupt appointees on
the Board of Trustees/Regents at the University of Washington abided
by the public policy of "Passing the Trash" on rather then prosecute
it's trash; therefore, the unindicted stalker remained eligible for
recruitment by the morally bankrupt governor of California and his
morally bankrupt political appointments on the morally bankrupt Board
of Trustees/Regents at the University of California.
That unindicted stalker, along with all the unindicted child
molesters, murderers, unindicted war criminals, unindicted dog
torturers, unindicted animal abusers, unindicted research frauds all
serve the morally bankrupt political appointees of the Board of
Trustees/Regents of the State Universities throughout the USA, ergo
the morally bankrupt State Governors thoughout the USA ERGO the
executive branch of government.
Each and every time those unindicted stalkers et al interfere in any
judicial proceeding, the unindicted stalkers et al are doing so as
an agent of the morally bankrupt executive branch of government in
violation of the state and US constitutions separation of powers.
Subverting, perverting, and underming the US and State constitutions
separation of powers wherein the JUDICIARY is vested with the power as
the finder of fact "IS" the agenda of all your unindicted stalker(s)
et al.
In fact, the unindicted stalker you repeatedly reference publicly
stated their objection to the judiciary (a judge and/or a jury) being
vested with the power to be the finder of fact in the USA inspired
your unindicted stalker to subvert, pervert, and undermine the
judiciary by making the unindicted stalker and other unindicted
criminals employed as civil servants by the EXECUTIVE branch of state
and federal governments the defacto finders of fact across the USA.
The unindicted stalker is a subversive whose publicly stated goal is
to subvert, pervert, and undermine the power vested in the judiciary
branch---therefore undermine the system of checks and balances of the
US government...therefore undermine and overthrow the US government
from it's ill gotten perch as a civil servant in the executive branch.

For example, Gerald Koocher stated in emails to members of the PENS
task force that the ultimate goal of psychologists employed by the
executive branch of local/county, state and federal governments is to
protect individuals whom Koocher and other morally bankrupt US
psychologists "say" are innocent, BY, contributing to the
commitment, incarceration, and even the death of individuals whom
Koocher and other US psychologists "say" are guilty of something,
often without the individuals they endeavor to have committed,
incarcerated or murdered in the second degree being aware of Koochers
or other psychologists involvement.

You best fanagle the case of the dead bird on your front door
step before you attempt to tackle anything remotely close to
the public's interest.
Also, wouldn't hurt if you posted a study on vaccines allegedly
causing autism that wasn't suspect.

The US Constitution prohibits the US Armed Forces from waging domestic
warfare against americans.
Unfortunately, the Imperialistic quest of the US Armed Forces is one
which inspired it to wage domestic warfare against We The People
anyway.
Hence, the US Armed Forces founded, funded and hyped the
pseudoscience of psychology in order to build an army of soldiers who
wage domestic warfare on WE THE PEOPLE.
Which makes the American Psychological Associaton a SUBVERSIVE
organization.
Ergo...any member of the APA or any other subversive organization
(FMSF) who signed those loyalty oaths required of those seeking
employment at the U of C---made a blatantly FALSE claim to gain
employment at the UC ergo is subject to dismissal.
Also----
There's the False Claims Act, Stark Laws, RICO laws which
criminalized obtaining federal research grants on the basis of FALSE
claims.
Not merely wrt $$$
But, wrt membership in SUBVERSIVE organizations which interfere with
objectivity of the researcher....
(If the list of individuals invited to the Science of Deception
conference in NY is ever made public---Id recommend any public
